Equilibrium Yoga/Candlelight Yoga
Equilibrium Yoga is a perfectly balanced yoga class for everyone. We begin each class with a neck release sequence (perfect for those who sit in front of a computer all day), work into a slow vinyasa flow, and end with a sequence known as "the healing of the hips". The hip sequence promotes proper alignment of the hips, helping to alleviate the hip pain that so many of us suffer with. Prior yoga experience is not required.

Barre Fitness
This is a fast paced, full body workout utilizing multiple forms of fitness with an emphasis on the glutes and thighs. We use ballet barre, pilates, resistance training, yoga, stability balls, and a little cardio to help build long lean muscles, burn calories and reduce cellulite.
What you need for this class: mat, hand towel, water (no shoes)
Cardio Sculpt 3-2-1
Cardio Sculpt 3-2-1 is a high energy class that combines cardio, resistance training, and ab work. This class is designed to be easy to follow, burn calories, and sculpt/strengthen every major muscle group. 3-2-1 is the interval training we use for each section of the workout: 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of resistance, 1 minute of abdominal work.
What you need for this class: mat, hand towel, water, CLEAN gym shoes. I kindly ask that you please not wear your shoes through the parking lot, bring them with you and wipe the bottoms before stepping on the floor.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement"- in other words, you will be instructed to move from one posture to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This class is a unique and challenging flow of postures linked together through sun salutations. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Pilates
Vinyasa yoga and pilates in one class! We have combined Vinyasa Flow Yoga with standing and mat pilates for a well rounded, full body workout.

Kickn' Cardio w/ Kim Blaess
Are you looking to add some cardio to your life? Want to dance without learning difficult steps? Whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, this class is for you! Come get an entire body workout for a mind/body transformation! Combos involve punches, kicks, squats, standing abs, abs on the floor, weight training and much more to help you sweat and burn major calories!

Stretch'n'Flow w/ Kim Blaess
Want to develop a longer, leaner, more powerful body? This class was designed to increase energy, strength, grace, flexibility, and range of movement. Through alignment and breath, we will develop the right muscles to lengthen legs, shape arms, strengthen the back and lift your rear- all while working the core! All levels are welcome to this effective, low impact mat workout.
